Return and Refund Policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.
You may inform us of your decision to cancel by emailing us at kontakt@woodfromlove.pl.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Conditions for Returns:
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased within the last 14 days.
- The item is not damaged due to misuse by the customer.
Non-returnable items include:
- Goods made to order or personalized.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned items do not meet the above conditions. We make decisions about returns at our own discretion, always considering the best interest of the customer.
Return of Goods:
The customer is responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the goods to us. The goods must be sent to one of the following addresses:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit during the return. Therefore, we recommend using postal insurance and tracking services. We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the goods or confirmation of receipt of the return shipment.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
If loyalty points were earned and credited to your customer account at the time of purchase, these points will be deducted from your account upon processing the return. If the points have already been fully or partially redeemed for subsequent purchases or other services paid for with points, the equivalent value of the redeemed points will be deducted from the refund amount.
